  Been visiting both locations for years. Family, friends, all use these two Champaign locations. They are trained to properly show you manufacturer recommendations. They have to do this, so I laugh when I see negative reviews because you had to actually get up from your seat, to actually learn a thing or two about your vehicle. Good early bird specials too!

  I strongly recommend against having any work done here.
  
  I went in on my lunch break for an oil change, and the man I was dealing with convinced me to do maintenance on my transmission, claiming that it was necessary every 30,000 miles. They came back some time later and told me that they were unable to reseal it, and that, since the replacement part would not arrive until the following day, I should leave it overnight. I needed my car for work, so I told them that I couldn't, and was told that it was leaking and to "drive it as little as possible." I know very little about cars, and so the way he talked about it led me to believe that it would not be a serious problem. I did not know that the transmission would empty itself, and that my attempts to get the car home would cause serious cracks in the transmission. I ended up having to get it towed the next morning.
  
  When I arrived, I was told that they had not ordered the part in time, and so I would have to wait another day. To their credit, when the part did arrive, they did the work pro bono, as well as attempt a weld on the cracks. Unfortunately, this did not work, and the transmission emptied itself within three days. When I took the car back, I was told that it was entirely my fault, as I had ignored the mechanic's recommendation. I argued that they had not told me the full extent of the problem and the damage that would be caused, but they refused to take responsibility. I now need a new transmission for my car.
  
  I strongly recommend against patronizing this establishment.
