  Had my car towed over to the car x on Bradley ave recently because of a flat tire. The Manager Karl recognized my vehicle from when he was managing the university store. He was courteous, greeted me and assured me that he will have his guys take care of my car as soon as possible. He had me back on the road in about an hour! Great customer service!

  I'm always impressed and pleased with the great customer service Car X has to offer. They are always able to get me an appointment quickly to have my car checked out. I called late afternoon one day and they had me bring in my car first thing the next morning. They are very thorough and are great at explaining everything! Jeremy is extremely nice and helpful and the mechanic that looked at my car personally came out to explain and make sure I understood everything. Everyone here is knowledgeable, pleasant to be around and I will continue to recommend Car X! Thanks for the continued positive experiences!!!!
