  Very good experience! Prompt, honest and very fairly priced. I recently took an Acura in for a transmission repair. Honest assessment and diagnosis. They recommend ETE remanufactured transmissions which come with a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty which can be used at any ATRA certified transmission service if needed. Turn around time was about 3 working days. Took it in late Wed and was done Saturday but picked it up on a Monday. Not bad for a tranny turnaround. Would have been done a day sooner if not for winter weather issues with company shipping new transmission.
  
  Very friendly. His shop is a bit small now but he's looking to expand in the future. So far the transmission has been working well but only a few days and a few hundred miles. I'll do an update on the transmission in a few months or at 5000 and then 10000 miles (if I remember). I'd rate it as 4 1/2 starts. The 1/2 star deduction for a smaller shop and fairly new business. If he was in business 5 years or more I'd give him a 5 star rating and that will come. But while his shop is new he has been in automotive repair for several years. Ask for Bart Sherman
