  My experience with Advacare was similar to that of a previous reviewer. My mother received home services from Harbor Light hospice, who provided equipment through an arrangement with Advacare. The equipment was fine and the original deliveries were satisfactory. The problem was with the pick-up. My mother passed away on a Saturday and on the following Monday we notified Harbor Light that the equipment could be picked up. We were told that Advacare would call us to arrange a time. A day later that had not happened. I called again on Tuesday and received no callback. Then with a third call I received two call-backs, scheduling a visit with the first one, and then a second Advacare person seeking to schedule, unaware that a colleague had already done so.
  
  Part of the problem was that in spite of us giving them the correct phone number of the equipment site three times, they apparently called another number on the account a few times (once would maybe be understandable, but then it should have been corrected).
  
  The visit time was given to me as a 4-hour window. I was waiting on Friday and decided to call again. The customer service rep could not find my mother in their system and could therefore not confirm the schedule. I asked for a supervisor and she confirmed the pick-up window. The equipment finally was picked up. It required four phone-calls and five days.
