My wife and I have lived here almost a year and have loved every minute of it. From the friendly staff, to the nice neighbors, we couldn't have asked for a better apartment community.

The management is prompt to respond to tenant complaints and concerns, the rent is fair for what you get, and the location can't be beat.

I'll echo the management's post below and recommend that any perspective tenant check out the property and talk to those of us currently living here. I would recommend this complex to anyone seeking an upscale and quiet community that is conveniently located and has great amenities.

The only thing that would make the complex better would be a park for those of us with children and a walking path around the entire property.

I love it at Waters Edge! I feel totally safe here and have never had any issues like some of my friends at other "nice" places in town. There aren't a lot of loud, disruptive parties-in fact, it's very quiet and my neighbors are great. Maintenance actually knows what they are doing here and are always quick about handling problems. The ladies at the office are friendly and go out of their way to help. My apartment is nice and they keep the place up. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, quiet place without a lot of undergrads.
