  If I could give 0 stars I would. No patience, rude, entitled. Called to find out availability and program info. Hung up on me after my third question about a rebate. This is most recent experience, have had several more. Store in Urbana is much more friendly, informative, and helpful.
  Yesterday I had a complete 180% turnaround in service from this store. The new manager Dave went out of his to help me out, was informative, knowledgeable and polite. If this continues I will revise this review to 5 stars
