  This place is a joke. We purchased a new Mercedes here, the window sticker was ripped, the salesman insisted on keeping it and said he would order us a new one. Well he never did. So then we went back in there they had told us that he had left. They said they would get it ordered said it takes a few months to get one. Still never heard anything. Went back they said that person left, so the sales manager Kirk stated that he would get us one ordered right away takes a month. Called him a month later was rude said he had no info and would call us when it came in. Waited almost two months still no response. Finally called in and spoke with the general manager told him my concern he then said he would dig into and get back to me right away. Kirk then contacted to me today to let me know that you can no longer get the window stickers for that vehicle. Said that Mercedes contacted him and let him know. But I think its funny that the same day that I called the GM he lets me know. Poor Service, Never will go back to this place except to get my refunds when I trade this vehicle in somewhere else.
  
  Thanks for the response, and yes I'm sure Kirk didn't know that you couldn't order one the first time I talked to him. But what about the second time i reached out? He told me he had ordered it and that it takes a while to get them. And was rude about it. Matter a fact he left a voice mail on my phone that I still have. Want to listen to it? Don't you think that if he actually ever took the time to order it that he would of found out that you could no longer order them? Because he didn't. The day I call in and talk to the GM and tell him what is going on, 1 hour later kirk calls me to tell me that you cannot not order them anymore? I mean seriously, the reason you cannot order one is because it has been too long, but yet the reason its been so long is because no one would actually ever even order it.

  Kelly was great and did an awesome job helping me find a vehicle that meets all my needs and made everything stress-free. Plus, Jennifer and the rest of the team made sure that I understood all my SUV's features, how to handle future upkeep, etc. I definitely left feeling confident and like I'd made a great choice doing business with them. Definitely will refer my friends and family here.
