  This was the first time I have been to an Aveda salon and any expectations I had we're definitely exceeded. I went with a friend and we were both greeted as soon as we stepped in. We were offered coffee and tea while we waited (which wasn't long) and we're also given a choice of a second "extra service" from a list of several. My hair stylist, Lorna, was great. I only got a haircut since I don't color my hair too often but she took her time and asked me exactly what I wanted. My hair looks and feels awesome. I liked how she also told me each product she was putting in my hair and why. The first haircut is complimentary which is nice if you are in between stylists and nervous about a change. Before coming here for school, I went to a salon back home for the last four years. My schedule is too busy to be able to go back home for appointments so we looked up salons with the best reviews and found Something You. Me and my friend got little goodie bags for being first timers. I even received a card a few days later from Lorna thanking me for coming in. I will definitely come back as much as I can before I graduate!
