  I had the absolute best possible experience with this company during my 4-year tenancy. Any maintenance request is addressed within a day, buildings are maintained very well, and everyone is very responsive and always willing to help. Dustin and Kurt in particular went out of their way to accommodate me whenever I needed. Thank you for everything; you will be missed.

  DO NOT RENT HERE! they treat you good before you sign the lease but after that....
  the person from upstairs is always making noise regardless of time, and when i talked to roland they said they can’t do anything with it. so that can you do besides charging crazy amount of money? NOTHING
