  I don't even feel like one star is even something they deserve. I had set up an appointment to look at a home and was told that it wasn't being show until the renovations had been done in two weeks. Then notice a couple of days later when I went to show the property online to someone that it was gone. I called the office and spoke with a woman on the phone (who kept me on speaker phone the whole time, which is HIGHLY unprofessional and rude) who told me that someone had decided to rent the property without looking at it. This was one day before I was to look at this property. She did not seem to care about the circumstances and then I asked if she was ever planning on calling me she said "I was going to get to it".
  
  While I realize that situations like this happen, I would say the one star this place "deserves" is for their customer service.
