  Great deals, don't get me wrong but customer service has dipped a lot in the past few months/2 year span. I know that sometimes you can only take in certain items but don't state that your nicely kept clothes aren't "Welcome here". I literally was told this. It's fine, I donate my clothes to salvation army if I cant resell them but customer service is the key to success in any business.

  Clothes seemed overpriced and mostly geared to people in their teens and early twenties. Also, they label women's clothing as "girls" which irritates me.
