  I switched Heat & A/C service to Mattex in the past few years and have been pleased with their courteous office people and service technicians. This week was my A/C Spring service. Tyler, new to my home, arrived right on time, was friendly and courteous. While servicing the unit, he noticed an issue, asked me about it and provided possible solutions, with a recommendation that would resolve the issue, quoting with a solution I could financially handle. I am so very pleased that he did not try to oversell the need and appreciate the kindness and, now resolved issue. Thank you Tyler; for the Spring service and issue resolve, and thank you Mattex for great people and service!
