  This place is an absolute joke. I arrived at 11:30 today (30 minutes after they open) to purchase the Friday beef ribs special some reviewers had raved about. When I requested the beef ribs, the lady at the cashier looked towards some raw beef ribs sitting on the grill and said “they’ll be ready in 10 minutes”. Judging by the look of the meat on the grill, I expected to wait a few hours at the very least. 10 minutes later I saw them bring a tray of what looked like boiled or baked ribs and they started serving it to customers. Surely this wasn’t what I ordered, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took my to go order home. I knew at the first bite that something wasn't right. The ribs were chewy, tough, and filled with water as if they had been boiled or reheated. Absolutely no smoke flavor whatsoever. For a place that calls themselves a “BBQ” joint, they need to be shut down or change their name.
