  Great bread! Honest about carbs (they call their lower-carb bread "carb-aware" rather than "low-carb"). Honest about gluten (they grind their own whole wheat flour in house, so everything in the store likely has gluten in it).
  
  One small way they're wonderful: They call the people who just come in for free samples off the breadboard and never buy anything "Breadboard Angels."

  I don't know what they put in their bread but it almost never starts to grow mold. This is great for me since a loaf of bread usually lasts over a week. All their bread is delicious. I like that you can get it as a whole loaf or sliced. The staff is always fast and friendly. They also have generous samples so that you know exactly what you want. Some time I want to try their pastries as well.
