  Called ahead to find a particular wig for my daughter's Halloween costume. The worker was courteous, promptly went to look for the wig, came back stating they had multiple options, offered to place on on hold for me, and was friendly and upbeat the entire time we spoke on the phone. Once I arrived at the store, I was pleasantly surprised at the unique appearance of the exterior. Inside, I found a huge variety of costumes and accessories. Multiple staff members were readily available and accessible. It was easy to navigate the store and find items I needed. The store was bright and not overly crowded.
