  Purchased marble slabs 3 years ago to update our bathroom. It was installed by Bill Seaman and it looks beautiful. We are now installing a sliding glass door but the towel bar is in the way. I called and asked the best way to remove one end of the towel bar so the door can be installed. It was suggested that I use fishing line to "saw" through the silicone that is holding it in place so as to not scratch the finish. It worked with not much effort. After it was off, there was a lot of residue left on the marble that I could not remove. I called back and they said that they could send a man out to buff it off. I asked how much and they told me "no charge". I said ok and he came out and buffed the residue away. Now that's service!
