  Boston did a great job this morning handling our annual maintenance! He was polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. He was very patient with answering all of our questions and explaining the services as well as the issue that he found. When he found that our humidifier had issues, he did research and provided us with all of the options for fixing or replacing the unit. He's definitely an asset to Chief/Bauer, and we will be happy to see him return for future service.

  John Norfleet from your company came today to check my air conditioning as per service agreement. He was actually a little early which was wonderful! He explained things about my air conditioning that NO Other tech has taken the time to do has done, gave me a lot of information that was VERY helpful. I highly recommend recommend John for your service needs.

  Just wanted to say thank you for the exceptional service. It all began with Bob who came out to the house and spent a good hour going over the different options. Then the team of Jon, Corey and Mike was amazing. They were very professional and stayed long into the night to complete the job. Due to unforeseeable circumstances, Jon had to come back the next day to finish up and he did an excellent job. My house feels very comfortable. Bob came by today to do a follow up visit and it made me appreciate how through this group is. Would recommend to my friends and family. Thanks and keep up the good work.
