  Don't take your kids here. If you don't obey these doctors, they call child services. Wasn't life threatening but, I was told if I walk out with my son and go to work, they'd call CPS for medical neglect. Just concluded today with charges unfounded. Strike 1 against Carle.

  Horrible. I had a procedure done where they did NOT tell me the limitations until after the procedure, whenever I call I am treated like absolute trash. Wait on hold for 10+ minutes to be talked down on. Also, I would suggest staying away from certain male doctors, especially if you have younger children. I had to change providers because I was so creeped out by one of their physician. If you have any sort of mental illness they will just try to send you to the Pavilion immediately if you call and say you would like to speak with your doctor about getting on medication for it, when you are clearly not trying to harm and only help yourself. Always research what they're giving or doing to you because they WILL misinform you/ withhold information from you.
