  My son just graduated from UIUC, I am as happy for his graduation as I am for knowing that finally, I do not have to deal with Burnhan 310 anymore. This place is not only expensive, but they will charge you for almost anything. It is required to establish an automatic payment if not you get charged more if you pay month by month; how can this be possible? Making things worst the website for payment does NOT work correctly, I set up an automatic payment, it used to work and then it stopped working. Of course, they will charge you for late payment. But more important, the premises are not very clean. The apartments are hot in summer and in winter. It is impossible to talk to somebody in charge it is all done via a corporation or something like. People on site have no clue.
